- SUBMIT IT! My team and I walk you through the due diligence and closing. We split the profit 50/50!
That’s all you need to do! We’ll help you evaluate and structure the deal, and we’ll strategize with you on how to negotiate with the Note Seller. We’ll even do a conference call with the Note Seller, if you’d rather hear me present the offer on your first deals!
Even if your note lead doesn’t end up closing for one reason or another, I’ll still spend time coaching you on the red flags so you can take that knowledge to your next lead.
