How to Find Investors

In this lesson from the 2019 NoteBuyer’s Academy, I’ll show you how to build a pool of investors. If you’re buying and reselling mortgage notes and trust deeds (i.e., acting as a “dealer” in paper), you will want to quickly develop your own source of investors, so that you can maximize profits by eliminating other “middlemen.” There are two main categories of investors for you to focus on:

  • Institutional Investors
  • Private Investors

This training will cover how to find and work with both of these, and when it’s best to use each investor source.
