If you’re buying and reselling mortgage notes and trust deeds (i.e., acting as a “dealer” in paper), you will want to quickly develop your own source of investors, so that you can maximize profits by eliminating other “middlemen.” There are two main categories of investors for you to focus on:

  • Institutional Investors
  • Private Investors
